To achieve ultra-low waviness and ultra-high rigidity that surpass conventional LM guides, we have adopted eight rolling grooves, small-diameter balls, and ultra-long blocks. This significantly increases the effective number of balls while minimizing the amplitude caused by the entry and exit of the balls. We have achieved ultra-low waviness comparable to static pressure guidance. At the same time, we have minimized the deformation of the balls, achieving ultra-high rigidity that surpasses roller guides. This contributes to the high precision of the equipment.
